Bring Some Boldness To Your Look

Bring Some Boldness To Your Look

Heatwaves galore and long summer weekends have made us reassess our wardrobe. Whilst we love a classic all-black look, when the sun is shining it’s all about bold and bright shades to lift your mood as high as the soaring temperatures.

Not to mention, this weekend the Notting Hill Carnival comes to London bringing a kaleidoscope of colour and an added dose of vivid inspiration for all of our UK based Emma Wallace women.

Read on as we share our favourite bold and bright looks to make you shine…

Be Seen In Green

Green Lora Jumpsuit Emma Wallace UK

Soaking up the rays as the sun starts to set with a Pina Colada in hand – nothing says summer like that scenario – even if it’s in your garden and not on a white, sandy beach. Tropical vibes start with our stunning Lora Jumpsuit. With its wide leg silhouette and draped neckline, it’s the chicest style around, but it’s the epic green shade of this piece that really stands out. A pop of colour guaranteed to have all eyes on you. We’d style it with a clashing shoe – try a dash of purple and coloured hair clips to complete the look. Finish with some white oversized sunnies and you’re ready to bare your boldness.

Live It Up In Lilac

Lilac Lopez Blazer Amy Shorts Emma Wallace UK

When it comes to being bold, sometimes you don’t need to go bright! Pastel shades are equally perfect for helping to bring some colour to your wardrobe. We adore creating a column of candy coloured lilac by pairing our Lopez Blazer with our Amy Shorts. The oversized shape of the jacket brings some serious cool creds, whilst the tie waist shorts are comfy and casual. Wear over our Lilac Top to bring in a pop of print and wear with coloured loafers – we’d opt for a pastel pink to compliment with a little contrast.

Pretty In Pink

Pink always makes us wink so our Salvia Skirt is a natural go to when we want to inject a touch of the rainbow into our looks. With its waterfall, ruffle design it’s got added drama that looks great dialled up for the evening with heels or dressed down with sneakers by day. We’d wear it with our burst of purple Ione Tee to complete the outfit. Wear with a fresh white trainer and pop on a bold and bright cross body bag (we think a green would make this look zing).

Stun In Stripes

Stripes Fleur Knitted Dress Emma Wallace UK

Head to toe colour looks are great for impact, but we also love mixing blocks of different hues to deliver a style moment. Our beautiful Fleur Dress with its mash up of cobalt blue, orange and white is just the ticket. Punchy and vibrant for the Emma Wallace Woman who loves to stand out. We’d wear it over our butterfly print Alyssa tee for a playful touch and style with a pair of coloured socks and sliders to finish.

Pack On The Print

Printed Juan Romper Emma Wallace UK

Colour feels even more contemporary when worn as a print. Our Juan Romper brings our NEW Alar design to life in full effect. Inspired by the beautiful Monarch butterfly, its mix of green, purple, blue and white is ideal for those who like to live life in technicolour. Not to mention the cute playsuit shape is great whether you’re hitting up a BBQ or dancing through the streets at Carnival this bank holiday weekend.  Go all out and wear with our matching silk scarf, lime green retro sunnies and a pair of purple flat sandals.

With the sun set to shine all weekend and warmer temperatures heading to our shores, going bold and bright is the perfect way to make summer last even longer.
