How long is the first consultation?
Usually the first consultation is between 1-2 hours as you discuss with our designer your dream look.
What if I decide not to go ahead after the design is drawn?
Not a problem, there is no commitment until you approve the design and pay the deposit.
What if I cancel after the deposit is paid?
The deposit is non refundable.
How much is the deposit?
50% of the total price of the look.
What if my wedding is in 3 months?
It is really too tight timing but do still contact us and arrange the first consultation and depending on what you need and how busy our team is we may be able to help. If you don't ask you'll never know!
What if my event is in 2 weeks?
Unfortunately the timing is too tight for us to custom make a look for you, but do check out our collection. We offer free alterations on all our in-store sales.
