The #ModernDayMuse Series – Sara Louise Waiste

This week, our inspiring interviews continue as we speak to Brighton based fashion, lifestyle and beauty Blogger Sara Louise.

Check out how this Modern-Day Muse draws inspiration from the seventies, lives life by one-motto and has an enviable side hustle as the owner of a thriving vintage store! The epitome of an Emma Wallace Woman, we couldn’t love Sara’s free spirit and individual style more!

How would you describe your signature style?

Vintage, seventies, carefree

What’s your go-to outfit or look when you want to feel unstoppable?

A really amazing maxi dress, probably vintage!

Where or who do you draw style inspiration from?

Lots of different places! Instagram, the sixties and seventies, films

What has been your most memorable travel experience?

I spent a lot of time in LA a few years ago which was unforgettable

Where would you like to go on your next adventure?

I would love to visit Bali, Morocco or Mexico

What’s the one item you would take with you?

A floaty boho dress or skirt

What’s the motto you live your life by?

‘Why Not?’ - I got this tattooed on me when I was 19 and it’s just stuck as my motto, because life is too short, so why not?

If you weren’t a digital creator, what would you be?

A vintage shop owner! Well I actually already am one of those, I do both!

What’s your favourite book and why?

I capture the castle by Dodi Smith, as soon as I read it, I fell in love with it

What’s your favourite restaurant in the world and why?

I’m terrible at remembering the names of restaurants but Bincho (Japanese small plates) and Tlaloc (Authentic Mexican) are my two favourites in Brighton. I could live of their food
