Tegan

@teganver

My name is Tegan. I'm an actor originally
hailing from Vancouver, Canada, but now call London home. I'm just finishing my master's degree at a drama school here, where I've met
the most amazing people and had some once-in-a-lifetime experiences. I love seeing theatre, going to gigs, and taking in all the cultural experiences this vibrant city has to offer. In the meantime, I can
usually be found in the rehearsal room, at home relaxing.

We spent 5 minutes with Tegan.
From power outfit inspo to guilty pleasures, read on to discover more about their style AND story.

How would you describe your everyday style?

My everyday style is ultra-feminine and effortless. I'm almost always in a dress, love comfy knits, and like to highlight my figure.

How did you fit Emma into your lifestyle?

I spend a lot of time in the rehearsal room wearing movement clothes or at home learning lines in sweats, so when I go out I like to make sure I really dress up! Emma's elegant ready-to-wear pieces are perfect for a night on the town, whether I'm seeing a show or trying a new restaurant. When I wear her pieces, I know I'm going to look and feel chic, sophisticated, and fun.

What is your top styling tip everyone should know?

Pick one area to highlight. I feel sexiest when I'm showing skin in just one area, so if my hemline is shorter I'll wear long sleeves, or if it's a strappy dress to show off my decolletage, it'll be midi or maxi length. I feel like there's more drama when the eye is drawn to one area.

What’s a go-to power outfit you wear?

My go-to power outfit is a tight fitting knit black longsleeve rollneck minidress. It always makes me feel good no matter what!

Your favourite colour to wear?

I love wearing black. It makes me feel powerful, sexy, and mysterious.

What is the first thing you do in the morning?

The first thing I do in the morning is switch on my calming morning playlist, slide my feet into slippers, and make a cup of coffee.

3 words your friends would use to describe you.

Compassionate, driven, and thoughtful.

Who is your celeb style muse?

I love Rosie Huntington-Whitely. Her style is effortlessly chic - she always looks polished and put together.

Best advice you’ve ever been given?

Under-promise, over-deliver.

What’s your favourite guilty pleasure?

I don't believe pleasure should ever feel guilty! In terms of what feels indulgent, to me it's lying in bed eating chocolate and watching true crime documentaries.

Love Tegan as much as we do?
