It's so easy to stay home and become a couch potato but we are here to keep you motivated and moving with some fun exercise options you can do from home. So, no excuses peeps, lets keep healthy and work on those bikini bodies to look fabulous in our back gardens and balconies! Read below for some of our favourite exercise options.

Yoga In Bed 

Wake up to some PJ friendly stretches with Yoga you can do in bed! Head on over to Gaiam and try their 6 wake-up yoga poses! Any excuse to spend 5 more minutes in our PJ’s is alright with us!

Strictly Home Dancing

Normally spend the winter months binge watching the latest dancing shows and commenting on all the performances? Well now is the time to put your own right foot forward! Get dancing with the Strictly Come Dancing pros via their social platforms. Dianne Buswell and Gorka Marquez are keeping exercise and dance fun by uploading daily IGTV videos to keep you moving in your living room. It’s the perfect time to dance like no one is watching and let go of all inhibitions!

Family Fitness Fun

If you have bored kids at home and want to get them moving then try the latest kids friendly exercise classes that have got families all over the UK joining in! Joe Wickes aka @thebodycoachtv  is running daily kid friendly work out videos called #PEwithJoe on his youtube channel. What’s more, parents love it too! So why not get the whole household involved and turn living room exercise into a party! Check out his latest classes 9am UK time every weekday morning!

Too busy chained to your laptop working from home to be able to do a full online class? Try stretching out at your desk with these 5 stretching exercises to get rid of back and neck pain by T3.

With gyms closed many are offering live online classes. Pure Yoga HK has a number of classes to try over on their facebook page and if you miss the live session you can find the classes on their Facebook feed to do them in your own time, anytime!

If you are more into weight training and tougher cardio exercise then head over to instagram’s @iamtv.fit for some free IGTV exercise training classes. TV.Fit is a fitness app recommended by British TV and fitness star Gemma Atkinson that not only tracks fitness but mental health as well. Check them out and make a positive change to your fitness routine.

Meditation Wind Down

Tried all the above and now exhausted? Want to wind down after all that exercise? Follow  meditation guru Camilla Sacre-Dallerup in a guided meditation at unplug.com  or on her instagram.  All you need is a small floor space, a cushion and a candle. We are feeling more relaxed already!

Whatever exercise you choose, enjoy the fact you can try it out in the comfort of your own home and if you fall or make a mistake no one will notice. Just keep reminding yourself, once you are finally able to get back to the gym those new moves are going to impress!
